My name is Georgina Santos, known at camp as Gina from A+C. My first year at camp was in 2018, and I absolutely fell in love with the artistic program. I’m originally from Brazil but have been living in Spain for the past eight years. I have an academic background in Art Education, with an undergraduate degree in Brazil and a Master’s in Art Education for cultural and social institutions from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. I am currently a PhD student and researcher at the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona, where my work focuses on the impact of art on the preservation of cultural heritage. I also coordinate a family artistic activities program at a cultural institution in Madrid (CCCQS), I run other cultural projects related to cinema and music in my free time and that keeps me busy all year long. A busy off season full of art!
