2019 Visiting Day Information
Sophomores and Juniors
- Date: Saturday, July 20
- Time: 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Your son will be cleaning up and getting ready for his morning activity, so no one will be permitted to visit before 9:30 a.m.
A full buffet lunch will be served to all. (Most special diet needs can be addressed.)
Intermediates
- Date: Sunday, July 21
- Time: 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Senior A’s and Senior B’s
- Date: Saturday, July 20
- Time: 9:30 a.m. to approximately 12:00 p.m. at camp
Senior A campers have the option to leave camp with their parents after Song Contest Rehearsal which is approximately 12:15 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Senior B campers have the option to leave camp with their parents from 11:15 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. This special Senior privilege does not require you to leave campus. If you prefer, you are welcome to remain on campus and enjoy playing tennis, basketball or using the waterfront.
Senior A and Senior B campers signed out of camp must be back in camp by 8:00 p.m., or must meet the transportation provided by camp at 8:00 p.m. in Bolton Landing or near Exit 20 in Lake George. (Detailed directions may be picked up at the T. Wise Pavilion when you sign out and make your return reservations.)
Senior C’s
- Date: Friday, July 19, 5:00 p.m. to Saturday, July 20, 8:30 p.m.
Senior C’s signed out of camp must be back in camp by 8:30 p.m. on Saturday evening. At 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 20, we will have a final gathering for Senior C’s and their parents in the Senior Clubhouse so that we can reminisce and enjoy this special passage together.
